What Youll Be Doing
As a Lube Technician youll play an important role in keeping our customers safely on the road while helping our Service Department keep things moving.
Your day could include:
- Performing oil and filter changes
- Checking and topping up vehicle fluids
- Completing tire rotations installations and seasonal tire changes
- Checking tire pressure tread depth and overall tire condition
- Assisting with tire balancing and basic tire repairs
- Inspecting filters lights wipers and other basic maintenance items
- Completing basic vehicle inspections
- Identifying potential maintenance concerns and communicating them to the Service team
- Moving and organizing customer vehicles
- Assisting Licensed Technicians when needed
- Keeping your bay tools and shop clean organized and safe
- Jumping in wherever needed to keep the Service Department running smoothly
Who Are We Looking For
You dont need to know everything on Day One. We can teach skills. Were looking for the right attitude.
We want someone who:
- Loves cars and is mechanically inclined
- Enjoys working with their hands
- Is dependable and ready to work
- Can keep up in a busy fast-paced shop
- Takes pride in doing things properly
- Pays attention to the little details
- Is eager to learn and take on more responsibility
- Works well as part of a team
- Has a valid Ontario G drivers licence with a clean drivers abstract
Previous automotive tire or quick-lube experience is an asset butmotivation reliability and willingness to learn are just as important to us.

For the right person a Lube Technician position can be the first step toward anautomotive apprenticeship and eventually your 310S licence.
Youll be working around experienced technicians every day gaining hands-on dealership experience and learning how a professional Service Department operates.
