• Support shipping and receiving operations in accordance with safety standards and company policies.
• Assist with project inventory and kitting.
• Support quarterly and annual inventory counts.
• Coordinate with carriers to obtain pricing arrange shipments and prepare required shipping and receiving documentation.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and transactions.
• Handle store and pack parts systems and materials according to established procedures.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure on-time customer deliveries.
• Maintain shipping supplies.
• Keep parts and supplies clean organized and properly stored.

• Recent post-secondary graduate preferred.
• Electronics industry experience is an asset.
• Must be willing to travel to our U.S. office for training and support and hold a valid passport for U.S. travel.
• Experience in warehouse distribution supply chain management or a related field.
• Comfortable using computers automated business equipment and related technology.
• Working knowledge of MS Dynamics is an asset.
• Experience with shipping and receiving order fulfillment packaging and material handling.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail particularly in maintaining inventory accuracy and documentation.
