The Commercial Leasing Associate will play a pivotal role in the leasing operations of our growing commercial portfolio which includes among others the Queens Marque district Historic Properties Westway Park in Bedford Park Place campus in Dartmouth and our medical our Commercial Leasing Associate you will play a pivotal role in our leasing operations. Responsibilities will include:Conduct property tours for potential tenants and provide detailed property informationNegotiate lease terms with prospective tenants with support of Leasing Manager/Legal CounselCoordinate and facilitate lease as the primary point of contact for current tenants and prospective regular reports on occupancy rates lease renewals and other performance lease renewals and ensure timely communication with tenants regarding lease in creating retention strategies to ensure tenants renew organized records of lease agreements addenda and related compliance with local and federal regulations regarding leasing and property closely with property managers maintenance teams and legal professionals to ensure smooth leasing similar and related duties as required from time to Ideal candidate will have:Experience in commercial real estate leasing or property management is with lease negotiations tenant management and commercial property interpersonal and communication skills to interact with clients tenants and skills to handle lease terms and resolve in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint) and property management to conduct market research and prepare to detail especially in legal documents and lease problem-solving to work independently and manage multiple -focused with a professional and Join Us:Competitive compensation package with opportunities for bonus Health and dental and collaborative work to make a significant impact on our companys success and part of a reputable company committed to excellence in real estate qualified applicants will be considered; however only those chosen for an interview will be Armour Group is a family organization we value our employees and their well-being.
