Context
This role will support the SYSTRA Canada team on various projects in Toronto
Missions/Main Duties
As the Lead Scheduler you will work with the program team to execute the following responsibilities:
Implement the projects planning and delivery strategies.
Collaborate with project teams and external stakeholders to identify and optimize sequencing logistics and resource allocation.
Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments to ensure effective planning and staging of activities.
Coordinate with various teams to develop schedules phasing plans and mitigation measures.
Attend planning meetings ensuring effect planning is done to reduce safety maximise performance of engineering possessions.
Monitor and update the projects planning and staging activities based on changing requirements and constraints.
This role will report to the Head of Planning.
Profile/Skills
Compentency Requirements :
Degree in civil engineering construction management or a related discipline or equivalent combination of education training and experience
Minimum five (10) years of experience in planning and staging for large infrastructure projects preferably in the railway industry.
Strong knowledge of construction sequencing logistics planning and resource management
Familiarity with construction methodologies safety regulations and environmental considerations
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Salary : CAD 120000 - 150000 annually
