Labourer

FLINT is seeking Labourers with construction and/or industrial facility experience for a 3-day Turnaround project in Whitecourt AB. starting September 21 2026. In this position you will enjoy a Monday to Friday schedule 12-hour workdays and benefits after 300 hours worked.

This position does not include camp accommodations living out allowance or travel allowance. Therefore it is best suited for local candidates; however those willing to travel or relocate at their own expense are also encouraged to apply.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 1-2 years experience in construction or industrial facility settings.
• Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements.
  • Confined Space Entry
  • Common Safety Orientation (CSO)
• Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
• Proficient in English both written and verbal communication required.
• Must have own reliable transportation to site.
• Valid drivers license and clean 5-year Drivers Abstract with under 6 demerits.

Additional Information :

This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
