The Position
This is a 3-month contracted position that may be extended dependent on business needs.
The Role
As a Junior Software Developer & AI Lead you will:
Build Internal Tools: Design and ship software that runs core operational and financial workflows using modern AI development tools (e.g. Claude Code). No formal engineering background required.
Automate the Business: Identify manual repetitive work across the company and replace it with automation that saves time reduces errors and improves margins.
Connect the Systems: Integrate operational financial and customer-facing platforms so the business runs on clean reliable consistent data.
Support M&A Activity: Get hands-on exposure to acquisitions through analysis valuation support and market research that informs investment decisions.
Compensation
$700 per week
