Requirements
Key Responsibilities
1. Process Review & Modernization
Analyze current manual service delivery processes
Identify opportunities for:
Process re-engineering
Automation & digitization
AI and emerging technologies adoption
Apply Lean Six Sigma principles to optimize workflows
2. Stakeholder Engagement & Planning
Develop and manage detailed work plans and timelines
Conduct:
Process mapping
Gap analysis
Current-state assessments
Collaborate with:
PSES program divisions
Technology & Innovation teams (Cybersecurity Data Digital Delivery etc.)
3. Evaluation & Analysis
Develop baseline metrics including:
Cycle time wait time volume error rates
Perform:
Root cause analysis
Process pain-point identification
Assess modernization opportunities based on:
Feasibility
Impact
Strategic alignment
4. Reporting & Recommendations
Prepare executive-level reports and presentations
Deliver:
Modernization strategy
Technology adoption roadmap
Measurable improvement estimates
Provide actionable insights aligned with IMT strategy
5. Change Management
Support adoption of new processes and technologies
Identify stakeholder impacts and adoption risks
