About the Role
Were looking for a results-driven Area Manager to lead multiple retail locations and develop high-performing teams. Reporting to the Regional Manager youll be accountable for sales performance operational excellence people development and regulatory compliance across your portfolio in a fast-paced multi-unit retail environment.
What Youll Do
- Oversee daily operations across multiple retail store locations
- Lead coach and develop Store Managers and leadership teams
- Drive sales KPIs labour and budget performance
- Improve customer experience and operational consistency
- Build succession plans and develop future leaders
- Foster a collaborative inclusive and high-performing team culture
- Analyze store performance customer feedback and trends to implement improvements
- Maintain compliance with company policies and provincial/federal cannabis regulations
- Review financial reports and prepare performance updates as required
About You
- 3 years of multi-unit retail management experience
- Strong leadership coaching and performance management skills
- Proven ability to manage budgets labour and KPIs
- Minimum age requirement based on province (18/19)
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business Management or a related field (preferred)
- Working knowledge of cannabis regulations or experience in a regulated retail environment
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel between store locations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook)
- Flexible availability including evenings weekends and holidays as required
