Job Title: Infrastructure Reliability Engineer

Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Infrastructure Reliability Engineer with a strong background in BFSI Public Sector or Telecom environments. The ideal candidate will support infrastructure resiliency automation and operational reliability across enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and support infrastructure reliability solutions across BFSI Public Sector and Telecom environments.
• Support modernization initiatives for banking systems government platforms OSS/BSS platforms billing systems charging platforms and telecom infrastructure.
• Build resilient infrastructure supporting telecom network operations 5G services and enterprise digital platforms.
• Implement monitoring observability and infrastructure automation solutions.
• Support disaster recovery backup failover and business continuity initiatives.
• Conduct capacity planning resiliency testing and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with infrastructure platform cloud and security teams.
• Implement self-healing and operational automation capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with governance security and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement and infrastructure optimization efforts.

Required Qualifications

• Experience as an Infrastructure Reliability Engineer within BFSI Public Sector or Telecom environments.
• Experience supporting banking systems government applications OSS/BSS billing charging network operations or telecom infrastructure platforms.
• Strong infrastructure operations and reliability engineering experience.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience with automation scripting and Infrastructure as Code.
• Understanding of governance compliance and security requirements.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale infrastructure environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience with disaster recovery and resiliency planning.
• SRE Cloud or DevOps certification preferred.
