Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your industrial engineering and performance optimization expertise in a cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside collaborative innovative and results-driven teammates.

Youll play a key role in driving operational excellence and improving performance across Services NAM sites. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (Operations Engineering Supply Chain and Finance) lead performance improvement initiatives and optimize industrial methods to enhance efficiency and reliability.

Youll specifically take care of on-site industrial assessments and operational performance reviews but also support the deployment of digital tools and continuous improvement programs.

Well look to you for:

  • Leading performance improvement initiatives across O&M activities focusing on efficiency quality cost and delivery.

  • Optimizing industrial methods such as cycle time reduction task sequencing workload balancing and process standardization.

  • Analyzing operational and maintenance data to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.

  • Driving standardization of industrial processes KPIs and best practices across sites and regions.

  • Defining and implementing optimized work methods and maintenance strategies to improve asset availability and lifecycle performance.

  • Supporting the deployment of digital tools like OdyC to enhance service execution planning and monitoring.

  • Developing and improving planning and scheduling practices to optimize resource utilization.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align and execute improvement plans.

  • Contributing to the definition and tracking of performance dashboards metrics and reporting routines.

  • Providing technical expertise and coaching to field teams on industrial engineering and performance optimization.

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Industrial Engineering Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

  • 5 years of experience in industrial operations maintenance or performance improvement roles.

  • Strong knowledge of methods engineering time studies work measurement and process optimization.

  • Solid understanding of maintenance strategies reliability engineering and industrial processes.

  • Experience with performance analysis KPIs and data-driven decision-making.

  • Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies.

  • Experience with digital tools for operations and maintenance (e.g. CMMS performance dashboards OdyC preferred).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Operational and industrial mindset with a focus on execution and efficiency.

  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • A continuous improvement and change management mindset.
