Project Background:
We are seeking an experienced Integration Management Office (IMO) Manager to support the delivery of a large-scale banking integration program. This role will work across multiple workstreams to drive coordination alignment and disciplined execution within a complex multi-stakeholder environment.
Qualifications:
Strong experience delivering large-scale programs within the banking or financial services sector
Background in integration management program management or governance roles
Proven ability to operate effectively in complex multi-stakeholder environments and coordinate large teams
Excellent communication skills with experience preparing and presenting structured executive reporting
Fluency in French and English (mandatory)
Responsibility:
Support and coordinate day-to-day IMO activities across multiple integration workstreams
Drive program governance including status reporting risk and issue tracking and executive-level updates
Coordinate large cross-functional teams and facilitate key stakeholder forums including during integration events
Manage interdependencies ensuring alignment of milestones deliverables and timelines across business and technology and corporate functions teams
Support planning and execution of critical integration phases maintaining focus on delivery outcomes
Highly organized and detail-oriented with a structured approach to problem-solving
Strong coordination and stakeholder management capabilities
Comfortable operating in fast-paced evolving delivery environments
