Independently analyze IMS segments and create detailed technical designs.
Lead and mentor junior developers.

Develop unit test and deploy mainframe applications.
Analyze and troubleshoot complex mainframe application issues.
DB2 Expertise
Strong understanding of DB2 objects and processing.
Ability to independently analyze DB2 objects and support application development activities.
Soft Skills
Ability to work independently within a team environment with limited mainframe expertise.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt and learn quickly.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
