We are seeking anHRPD Systems Business Analyst Student for ourNorth American Headquartersdistrict in Edmonton Albertawho is availablefor8 months starting in January 2027.
As an HRPD Systems Business Analyst Studentand depending on your assigned project you will have the opportunity to contribute to our team by:
- Providing robust customer-centric support to all system users.
- Responding to service requests troubleshooting incidents and investigating problems.
- Assisting with creating or updating processes training and system documentation.
- Delivering web-based training to end users.
- Developing and delivering stakeholder communications and assisting with documenting requirements for new systems.
- Assisting with creating or updating use cases that support requirements analysis functional designs user acceptance testing and training material.
- Participating in pilots and rollouts and assisting with system configuration and testing.
- Coordinating with subject matter experts for requirements refinement and user acceptance testing.
- Liaising with business technology and support teams to ensure systems meet business requirements.
- Currently enrolled in a relevant program (e.g. Business Systems Analysis Business Technology Management Information Systems or another related discipline).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with HR systems and processes is a plus.
Assets:
- Familiarity with HR systems.
- User support experience.
- Experience delivering training.
- Technical writing experience.
