Hatch is seeking an HR Co-op Student with interest in Human Resources for a 4-month internship starting in January 2027. Reporting to the HR Service Centre Lead you will support offices globally working from our Mississauga Head office.

As a successful candidate you will:

• Support with various HR generalist activities including new hire file creation new hire onboarding HR reporting and analytics HR program and process review.
• Participate in the creation of reports and maintain databases
• Assist with day-to-day employee requests
• Maintain data in HR Information System
• Support payroll administration duties on an as needed basis
• Other administrative duties as assigned

You bring to the role:

• 2nd 3rd or 4th-year student enrolled in a Bachelors degree in Businessor similar program or a diploma specializing in Human Resources
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills an asset
• Strong MS Office skills with advanced skill in MS Excel
• Familiarity with SuccessFactors and/or SAP an asset

Compensation:

Range: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour

At Hatch we are committed to fair and equitable compensation accordance with legislated pay transparency requirements the expected salary range for this position is based on current market data and aligned with internal pay structures to ensure consistency and fairness.

Your individual compensation within this range will depend on factors such as skills experience qualifications and addition to base pay our total rewards package may include performance-based incentives comprehensive benefits and other programs designed to support your well-being and growth.
