Heavy Equipment Operator

As a Heavy Equipment Operator you will play a key role in shaping the landscape of our projects by using your machinery skills to move materials prepare sites and ensure precise execution of tasks. If youre looking for a career that offers growth and variety we want you on our team!

The range for this role will be ($19-$38) per hour.

• Operate heavy machinery Safely and efficiently operate a variety of equipment such as excavators bulldozers loaders and graders to move load and grade earth rock gravel and other materials.
• Team collaboration Work closely with team members to ensure smooth coordinated operations on-site and contribute to project success.
• Equipment maintenance Perform pre-use inspections and basic maintenance to ensure machinery is in optimal working condition and reduce downtime.
• Follow safety standards Adhere to all safety legislation company policies and procedures to create a safe working environment for yourself and others.

• Experience in heavy equipment operation Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience operating heavy machinery including excavators bulldozers and front-end loaders.
• Education Completion of Heavy Equipment Operating school is preferred along with a valid Class 3 or Class 1 license.
• Strong work ethic Youre a hardworking self-starter a team player and have a high attention to safety and detail.
• Adaptability Ability to work in a fast-paced ever-changing environment with a commitment to meeting project deadlines.
