Accelerate your career in human resources with our Human Resources Accelerator Program (HRAP) a key stream within our GRO early talent program. This two-year program features four 6-month rotations across high-impact HR functional areas such as HR Business Partner People Analytics Diversity Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Global Learning Talent Management Talent Acquisition Total Rewards and more. Youll gain hands-on experience build a broad HR foundation and develop a global perspective on how HR drives business success. As part of GRO youll join a vibrant community of peers benefit from professional development sessions core skills trainings mentorship leadership exposureand be empowered to growinto afuture-ready HR leader.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Rotate through four core HR functions gaining exposure to strategic and operational aspects of human resources.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to support initiatives that align with business goals and enhance employee experience.

  • Contribute to projects in areas such as workforce planning DEI strategy talent development compensation and HR analytics.

  • Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and propose actionable solutions.

  • Participate in coaching training and mentorship to support your growth and development throughout the program.

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field or completion of an undergraduate degree and currently pursuing a post-graduate HR certificate with an expected graduation Spring 2027.

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with sound judgment.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

  • A passion for continuous improvement and a drive to make meaningful change.

  • Ability to influence through data and clear reasoning.

  • A natural curiosity to learn and apply new skills in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Salary range is expected to be between

$80000.00 CAD - $100000.00 CAD
