If you knowyour way aroundvinyl laminating trimming weeding masking andfinishing and you likeseeing your workbecome part ofmajorevents trade shows and experiential environments youll have theopportunity to domeaningful highly visiblework here.

This is afully onsite position 5 days perweek.

Youll be partof the teamresponsible for takinglarge-format graphicsfrom production throughfinishing and when needed installation.

• Produce finish andinstallvinyl and large-format graphics
• Laminate large-formatdigital prints andprepare them fortheir final application
• Weed mask trim cut and otherwisefinish graphics toexact specifications
• Inspect finished workforquality accuracy color and consistency
• Keepprojects moving againsttight production andshipping deadlines
• Prepare graphics forshipment installationor delivery toevent sites
• Assist with onsitegraphic installations whenneeded
• Maintain production materialsand help minimizewaste through smartmaterial usage
• Perform routine equipmentmaintenance and flagopportunities toimprove equipment orworkflow
• Share your technicalknowledge and bestpractices with teammates
• Keep the productionarea clean organized and safe
• Look for waysto make ourprocesses faster smarter and better

You have:

• Hands-on experienceinlarge-format graphics sign making printfinishing or asimilar production environment
• Strong knowledge ofvinyl application laminating weeding masking trimming and finishing
• A sharp eyefor detail anda commitment toproducing work youreproud to putyour name on
• Theability to workindependently while beinga reliable teammate
• Strong organization andtime-management skills
• The ability tostay focused andproductive when deadlinesare tight
• A positive solutions-oriented attitude
• Awillingness to learnnew equipment techniques and production methods

• Experience operatinglarge-format printersand finishing equipment
• Experience producing graphicsfortrade shows exhibits events retail environments or branded spaces
• Familiarity with shopsafety and productionbest practices
• Experience with graphicinstallation
