We are hiring General Labourers in Vaughan to support our round-the-clock 24/7 operations. To accelerate the hiring process an interview day will be held on July 28. Selected candidates will have the opportunity to complete interviews and pre-employment requirements in a single day.

As a General Labourer youll be at the heart of operations - right on the floor where materials take shape. Your day-to-day:

• Assist with machine setup adjustments and production line operations.
• Set feed guides pressure rolls gauge belts and clear machine jam-ups as needed.
• Perform material handling tasks and manually feed stock into machines to maintain continuous operation.
• Print load tags and prepare process or close production orders.
• Conduct quality checks on products and identify defects such as de-lamination or off-register issues.
• Communicate machine quality equipment or production issues to operators or supervisors promptly.
• Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment by following housekeeping 5S and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Availability to attend an on-site interview in person on July 28 and complete any follow-up steps.

You are a natural fit for this role if you have:

• High school diploma or equivalent with the ability to read write and understand English.
• 1 year of manufacturing or production environment experience (preferred).
• Ability to operate mobile equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Basic mechanical aptitude computer skills and ability to follow written/verbal instructions and measurements.
• Strong teamwork communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with quality assurance and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety standards.
• Willingness to learn adapt and maintain professionalism while following safety standards and company values.
