ANIDA is looking for a Fundraising Coordinator who is ready to build donor relationships take ownership of fundraising initiatives and help grow the resources behind programs making an impact in Canada and internationally.
Reporting to the Fundraising Manager youll gain hands-on experience across fundraising campaigns monthly giving donor stewardship corporate engagement events and digital fundraising. Youll work directly with donors and partners contribute ideas coordinate projects from planning through follow-up and see how your work contributes to measurable results.

What Youll Do:
Fundraising Campaigns & Monthly Giving 30%
- Coordinate the implementation of fundraising campaigns and initiatives with the Fundraising Manager.
- Take day-to-day ownership of ANIDAs monthly giving program.
- Coordinate email and online fundraising campaigns donation pages and donor outreach.
- Track campaign performance including revenue donor participation acquisition and retention.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen campaign execution and donor response.
Donor Relationships & Stewardship 30%
- Build and maintain positive donor relationships through timely and thoughtful communication and follow-up.
- Coordinate donor acknowledgements new donor and sponsor follow-up recurring gifts and payment recovery.
- Respond professionally to assigned donor inquiries and support donor retention and engagement.
- Maintain accurate donor records and stewardship activity in ANIDAs donor CRM.
- Prepare fundraising reports and use donor and campaign information to support decision-making.
Events & Corporate Engagement 20%
- Coordinate fundraising and donor engagement events from planning through execution and follow-up.
- Maintain relationships with existing corporate partners and support ongoing engagement.
- Coordinate corporate volunteer visits and orientations at ANIDAs food bank.
- Research prospective corporate partners and support outreach and relationship development.
- Work with the Fundraising Manager and Executive Director on opportunities that may develop into larger partnerships.
Fundraising Communications & Digital Giving 15%
- Prepare donor communications fundraising emails campaign materials and digital content.
- Support fundraising-related social media and digital outreach.
- Coordinate fundraising materials including presentations flyers impact stories and short-form digital content.
- Ensure donor-facing communications are accurate engaging and consistent with ANIDAs brand and mission.
Team & Administrative Support 5%
- Maintain organized fundraising records and documentation.
- Provide guidance to youth or placement students supporting fundraising activities.
- Contribute to other fundraising and donor engagement priorities as needed.

Experience & Qualifications
Were particularly interested in candidates with 2 years of relevant professional experience in fundraising donor relations nonprofit development communications partnerships events or a related field.
Experience in any of the following is an asset:
- Fundraising campaigns and donor stewardship
- Monthly or recurring giving programs
- Donor CRM systems such as Raisers Edge
- Constant Contact or other email marketing platforms
- Online fundraising and donation platforms
- Corporate or community partnerships
- Fundraising or donor engagement events
- Social media and digital communications
Post-secondary education in fundraising nonprofit management communications business international development or a related field is an asset. Equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience will also be considered.
You dont need experience with every platform or every area of fundraising to be considered. We value demonstrated ability initiative relationship-building skills and the capacity to learn.
Candidates should be comfortable using Microsoft Office and available for occasional evening or weekend activities related to fundraising events or donor and community engagement.

Compensation
$50000$58000 per year with starting salary based on experience and relevant qualifications.
Work Arrangement
This is a primarily onsite position based at ANIDAs International Office in Toronto. ANIDA operates on a four-day workweek with limited work-from-home flexibility.
