Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to design build and support scalable web applications and cloud-native services. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Java AWS GenAI and modern front-end technologies.
What youll do- Design and develop scalable backend services using Java 17 Spring Boot and REST/GraphQL APIs
- Build responsive front-end applications using React Angular or Vue with TypeScript
- Develop cloud-native solutions using AWS services and container technologies
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines Infrastructure as Code and automated deployments
- Implement secure scalable and high-performance applications following best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams mentor developers and participate in architecture and code reviews
- 8 years of software development experience with strong Java and Spring Boot expertise
- Hands-on experience with AWS services and GenAI technologies
- Experience with React Angular or Vue and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience with Docker Kubernetes CI/CD SQL/NoSQL databases and microservices
- Knowledge of API security OAuth2 JWT and secure coding practices
- Strong communication problem-solving and technical leadership skills
- Experience with Kafka Kinesis or RabbitMQ
- Terraform CloudFormation or AWS CDK
- Performance tuning observability and monitoring tools
- Experience in financial services or other regulated environments
- Familiarity with Kotlin Go Python Micronaut or Quarkus
- Location: Toronto ON
- Work Type: Hybrid (2 days per week in office)
- Experience: 8 10 years
- AWS and GenAI experience are mandatory
