As a Concierge Security Guard there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people all shift in environments such as office towers.

• Full-Time Schedule: Must be available Sunday: 6am-6pm Tuesday & Wednesday: 7am-7pm & Thursday: 7am-3pm

• Customer service duties like welcome check identification and guide visitors
• Manage access control
• Conduct foot patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Perform computer tasks
• Address incidents provide first aid and coordinate with emergency teams
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Answer questions in person or by phone

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• Hold a valid security license
• WSIB approved First aid certification
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Minimum 1 year previous experience in security
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
