Full-Time Concierge Guard

As a Concierge Security Guard there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people at one of the largest banks of Canada.

• Hourly wage of $19.19

• Full-time opportunity: Schedule will be 3 week rotation: Mon to Fri: 4pm-12am & 12am-8am & Sat to Sun: 12am-12pm & 12pm-12am (afternoons and overnights) - Must be available 7 days/week

• Customer service duties like welcome verify identity and guide visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents provide first aid and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• Hold a valid Ontario security license
• WSIB approved first aid Level C certification - Required
• Minimum 1 year of experience working as a security guard
• Minimum high school diploma
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
