Front Store Manager

Neighbourly Pharmacy is looking for a Full-Time Front Store Manager to join our amazing team atPharmasave in Salmon Arm British listed is a starting point only and will be determined based on candidate :Lead and support initiatives aligned with the stores strategic to and promote the Neighbourly Pharmacy policy manual fostering a positive work environment that attracts retains and engages practices related to returns complaints store security and employee discounts delegating responsibilities where or delegate responsibilities for cash handling daily reports banking and proper store opening/closing alarm activation and day-end and manage all aspects of front store collaboration with HR manage hiring discipline and termination as inventory control in line with budgets and preferred supplier the Store Operator with budgeting purchasing pricing and inventory strategies to maximize gross and execute promotional goals including ordering and market trends and adjust promotions product mix or merchandising as shrinkage related to returns payouts theft and pricing errors; ensure proper receiving and pricing procedures are the Monthly Cycle Count Schedule and report inventory to the Neighbourly Pharmacy Inventory signage and POP materials including placement of banners promotional signage and shelf tasks to support the Store Operator/Pharmacy :2 years of retail management experience (preferred) with proven ability to lead and train people management and interpersonal skills including motivation delegation conflict resolution active listening and respectful attitude with excellent communication skills for interacting with customers staff and drivers license Record Check We Are: Neighbourly Pharmacy is Canadas largest and fastest growing network of community pharmacies.
