Food Service Supervisor

Salary: $20.50 hourly / 40 hours per week

Employment location: 1385 McPhillips Suite 7 Winnipeg MB R2V 3C4 / On Site Work must be completed at the Physical Location.

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Tasks:

• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.

• Train staff in job duties sanitation and safety procedures.

• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.

• Address customers complaints or concerns.

• Maintain records of stock repairs sales and wastage.

• Prepare and submit reports.
