Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Food Promotion Associate on a permanent basis on our Consumer Products position is a hybrid opportunity andwill bebased inSaskatoon SK.
The Food Promotion Associate supports the creation and maintenance ofaccurateitem records collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient promotional planning procurement warehousing and product launches while proactivelyidentifyingand preventing data issues that couldimpactbusiness operations. Whatyoulldo:
- Create andmaintainaccurateitem records by reviewing andvalidatinglisting information to ensure data quality consistency and compliance with business requirements.
- Maintain and process item cost updates byvalidatinginformationidentifyingdiscrepancies and ensuring data accuracy to proactively prevent errors and support business operations.
- Prepare promotional margin information by calculating and adding margin percentages to support pricing decisions and promotional planning for retail stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with shipping and receiving regulations communicate effectively with stakeholders and prepare supplier claims retail debits and credits to support smooth business operations.
- Other job duties as assigned.
Who youll work with:
The Team: You will work closely with Home and Building Associates to support the Category Managers. This team is committed to fostering a collaborative team-oriented culture that values accuracy accountability and excellence.
The Collaborators: You will work closely with other functions in our Consumer Products business unit and collaborate across the organization with teams such as Private Label team Procurement and Operations teams.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and:
- Have2 years of experience in retail/wholesale industry.
- Have aGrade 12 diploma and aone-yearbusiness/marketing certificate. Preference will begiven to those individuals who hold anadditionalbusiness/marketingdiploma or degree.(a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
- Have a general knowledge and interest offood and grocerystores.
