Dental Choice is seeking an experienced Controller to join our growing organization. Reporting directly to the CEO the Controller will lead a team of six accounting professionals and oversee all financial operations including financial reporting cash flow management payroll banking relationships acquisitions compliance and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Accounting Team.
• Oversee accounting operations financial reporting and internal controls.
• Manage cash flow forecasting treasury functions and banking relationships.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and financial analysis.
• Support clinic acquisitions due diligence and integrations.
• Monitor financial KPIs and provide recommendations to improve profitability.
• Develop and improve financial systems processes and automation.
• Manage relationships with banks external accountants vendors and joint venture partners.
• Participate in strategic planning and support the CEO and Senior Leadership Team.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting Commerce or Finance.
• CPA designation required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Controller Director of Finance or similar leadership role.
• Strong experience in financial reporting cash flow management payroll and budgeting.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems; NetSuite experience is an asset experience with acquisitions.
• Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment.
