Field Administrator

FLINT is seeking an experienced Field Administrator for a permanent job in Whitecourt AB starting June 8th 2026. In this position you will enjoy a Monday to Friday schedule 8-hour workdays and benefits after 300 hours worked. 

This position does not include camp accommodations living out allowance or travel allowance. Therefore it is best suited for local candidates; however those willing to travel or relocate at their own expense are also encouraged to apply. 

Qualifications :

• Minimum 2 years experience in an administrative role in an industrial setting and/or related post-secondary education. 
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Proficient in English both written and verbal communication required. 
• Must have own reliable transportation to site. 

Additional Information :

This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
