Job Summary
Coordinate and oversee routine maintenance repairs and inspections of building systems (HVAC electrical plumbing etc.)
Act as the primary point of contact for facility-related requests and issues
Liaise with external vendors contractors and service providers to ensure timely and quality service delivery
Maintain records of maintenance schedules work orders and service contracts
Conduct regular facility inspections to identify and resolve potential issues
Ensure compliance with health safety and environmental regulations
Support office moves space planning and workplace setup
Monitor inventory of facility supplies and place orders as needed
Assist in managing facility budgets and tracking expenses
Respond to emergency situations and coordinate appropriate actions
