At Elmers weve been equipping farmers with innovativesolutions for over 40 years. Owning and operating our own farm we understandwhat farmers need and want out of our products and our company. We strive toprovide our customers with products that will effectively handle even thetoughest environments. Harvest after harvest our mission is to produceworld-class farm equipment for the needs of the progressive farmer.

To meet the growing demand for our product were currentlyseeking an Event and Engagement Coordinator to be the person behindhow Elmers shows up in front of farmers and dealers at trade shows on factorytours and in their inboxes.

You wont just book the event. Youll own it from thefirst idea to the final ROI report.

Youll plan and run trade shows customer and dealer eventsinternal meetings and factory visits handling the logistics design andbudget and showing up to execute them (expect to be on the road about 25% ofthe time). Youll build and send our email campaigns through our emailmarketing platform working with the Marketing Manager and Sales Manager on themessage and team up with our marketing team to promote whats youll track leads and results and use what you learn to improve howwe connect with customers. Along the way youll look after our promotionalitems brochures and customer care packages.

You wont be doing it alone. Youll report to the MarketingManager and work alongside the Sales Manager and the marketing team with roomto develop new engagement ideas of your own.

Youve planned and coordinated events and yourecomfortable with the logistics behind them

Youve run email campaigns on an email marketingplatform

Youre at home in Microsoft Office (ExcelPowerPoint Outlook Word) and pick up new software and digital platformsquickly

You can juggle multiple projects and deadlineswithout dropping the details

You write and speak clearly and carry yourselfprofessionally in front of customers and dealers

You can travel (roughly 25%) domestically andinternationally and work the occasional after-hours when an event calls for it

You stay proactive and adapt when prioritieschange
