We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Enterprise Application Administrator to join our dynamic Enterprise Applications team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about supporting andoptimizingbusiness applications ensuring seamless integration across various platforms and working in a fast-paced environment. As an Enterprise Application Administrator you will play a crucial role in managing andmaintainingsystems such as NetSuiteJira ConfluenceSlackand other key platforms used across the organization.
You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders IT teams and external partners to deliver high-quality solutions that support our business needs. This role offersa great opportunityto grow and develop your skills in application management and integration working with a variety of cloud-based tools and technologies.
How will I make an impact
- System Administration: Administer andmaintainenterprise applications such as NetSuiteJira Confluence Slackand others ensuringoptimalperformance security and user accessibility.
- User Support: Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for application-related issues responding to incident tickets and service requests from internal users.
- Integration Support:Serve as subject matter experts for managed platforms within integration workflows collaborating with integration teams to troubleshoot escalate and resolve data flow issues.
- Process Documentation: Develop andmaintainsystem documentation process workflows and user guides for applications ensuring clear andaccurateinformation is available for end users and stakeholders.
- Data Management: Perform data imports exports and data maintenance tasks ensuring accuracy and data integrity across systems.
- User Access Control: Manage user accounts roles and permissions ensuring proper access control within all systems.
- Testing and Upgrades: Support testing upgrades and deployments of application enhancements working closely with other admins developers and external vendors.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work withService Managers Devs and other teams to understand business needs propose solutions and deliver application improvements that align with organizational goals.
- Incident Management:Assistwith troubleshooting and resolving system errors providingtimelyupdates and following up with relevant parties to resolve incidents effectively.
- Enterprise Systems Thinking:Approaches problem-solving with an architectural mindset considering upstream/downstream impacts integration dependencies and long-term scalability rather than addressing issues in isolation.
What youll bring to the role:
Qualifications
- Educational Background:Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business Systems ora relatedfield (or equivalent experience).
- Experience:3-5years of experience in an enterprise application support or administrator role working with business systems like NetSuite JiraConfluence Slackor similar platforms.
- Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with cloud-based applications and system administration.
- Basic knowledge of scripting or automation tools (e.g. PowerShell JavaScript).
- Experience with integration tools like Azure Functions or Data Factory
- Problem Solving: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learnnew technologiesand adapt to a fast-changing environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience administering multiple enterprise applications simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of data flows data integrations and troubleshooting integration issues.
- Experience working in an Agile environment or familiarity with ticketing systems like Jira.
- Knowledgeof ITbest practices related to security data management and system performance.
