Requirements

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Electrical Controls Systems Engineering Automotive Engineering Aerospace/Aeronautical Engineering Applied Physics or any other relevant STEM oriented degree from an ABET accredited university
1-5 years of total experience in engine system controls/calibration development
Demonstrated technical leadership on propulsion system control and calibration development projects
Demonstrated knowledge of internal combustion engine physics engine regulatory requirements and engine OBD
Demonstrated ability in control algorithm development methods
Effective experienced based or analytical problem solving ability
Outstanding interpersonal skills and teamwork
Demonstrated potential to teach lead and inspire
