Job Summary
The client is looking for an end-to-end testing manager who can oversee the full testing strategy for a transformation program not someone who just executes test cases or is an expert in a single tool. This role is more of a leadership position: defining and overseeing the strategy planning validation waves coordinating dependencies between teams and vendors and producing progress and risk indicators for management. Recurring words (full strategy oversee coordinate end-to-end multi-systems multiple waves) point to an expectation of seniority and decision-making autonomy rather than just execution. The Salesforce FNA environment and cross-functional integrations place the mandate in a CRM and distribution ecosystem. The candidate must be able to understand these issues without being a developer on these platforms.
The multi-team and multi-vendor context makes the ability to coordinate and influence business and IT stakeholders central to the profile.
Qualification Table Requirements
- 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Test Strategy
- Experience as End-to-End Testing Lead for a complex transformation program
- Experience as End-to-End Testing Lead for a complex transformation program
PREFERRED
- Experience in Salesforce environments
- Understanding of data integration and test environment challenges
- Multi-team coordination and ability to influence business and IT stakeholders
ASSET
- Experience in Financial Services or Insurance
- Ability to identify and recommend test automation opportunities
