We are seeking a reliable Earthworks Labourer to support excavation grading site preparation and civil construction projects across Canada. The successful candidate will work alongside equipment operators supervisors and construction crews to ensure safe and efficient site operations.

• Assist with excavation grading backfilling and site preparation activities.
• Move and distribute soil gravel sand and other construction materials.
• Assist equipment operators with ground-level activities and site preparation.
• Perform manual digging shoveling levelling and compacting as required.
• Load unload and organize tools and construction materials.
• Assist with drainage trenching foundations and general earthworks.
• Maintain clean safe and organized work areas.
• Follow site safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Identify and report hazards unsafe conditions or equipment issues.
• Support supervisors and skilled workers with other construction duties as required.

• Previous construction earthworks excavation or general labour experience is an asset.
• 02 years of experience; entry-level candidates are welcome.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labour in outdoor conditions.
• Ability to lift materials and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Basic understanding of construction site safety.
• Reliable punctual and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to work in varying weather conditions.
• Experience working around heavy equipment is an advantage.
• Valid drivers licence is an asset.
