CGI is seeking a Director Consulting Services Defence and Security to contribute to the growth and development of its business with organizations in the defence security and aerospace sectors within the Greater Montreal Business Unit.

In this strategic role you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities growing strategic accounts and building strong long-term relationships with key industry decision-makers. Leveraging your industry knowledge and professional network you will contribute to strengthening CGIs positioning and expanding its presence in this market.

-Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across the defence security and aerospace sectors.
-Identify qualify and develop new business opportunities.
-Contribute to capture strategies RFP responses and commercial proposals.
-Leverage your professional network to create new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
-Contribute to achieving the growth objectives of the Defence and Security sector.
-Contribute to the development and positioning of CGIs Defence and Security service offerings.
-Coordinate and support Defence and Security initiatives across the Greater Montreal market.
-Collaborate with CGI teams in Canada the United States and Europe to leverage existing expertise capabilities and service offerings.
-Represent CGI with industry associations such as CADSI and Aéro Montréal as well as at conferences forums and industry events.

-Minimum of 15 years of relevant professional experience.
-Significant experience in one or more of the following areas: defence Canadian Armed Forces security federal government aerospace cybersecurity or industrial digital transformation.
-Demonstrated experience in business development consulting services and/or strategic account development.
-Established and relevant professional network within the defence security or aerospace ecosystem.
-Excellent executive relationship management communication and presentation skills.
-Strong leadership influencing skills and business acumen.
-Strategic mindset and ability to operate effectively in complex multi-stakeholder environments.
-Bilingual proficiency in French and English both written and spoken.

CGI offre une estimation raisonnable de la fourchette salariale pour ce poste. Le calcul de cette fourchette dépend de divers facteurs notamment le niveau de compétence le marché géographique lexpérience la formation ainsi que les licences et certifications professionnelles. Les décisions en matière de rémunération dépendent des particularités de chaque cas. Une estimation raisonnable de cette fourchette salariale se situe entre 105 000 $ et 200 000 $.
