As part of our Shared Services group comprised of Finance Marketing Communications Human Resources Commercial Legal and Facilities we support the business achieve their goals through a range of strong technical capabilities. Looking to get the most out of your upcoming internship

Hatch is seeking a Digital Marketing Student for an internship starting Winter 2027. Reporting to our Internal Communications team you will support offices globally working from our Mississauga office location.

As the successful candidate you will:

• Support Hatchs marketing and communications team.
• Interface with Hatch business groups in the areas of mining and metals energy infrastructure digital solutions and investments.
• Attend and contribute to department and project team meetings.
• Other administrative duties as assigned.

You bring to the role:

• 2nd or 3rd year student in marketing or communications digital media or communications culture information & technology.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must submit an official or unofficial transcript.
• Strong MS Office skills.

• Good understanding of engineering and business fundamentals as they apply to engineering problems and projects.
• Ability to learn quickly and to take on new challenges.

What you will learn:

• Good working knowledge and understanding of the scope and elements of both internal and external marcom activities in a global multibillion-dollar engineering consulting firm known for excellence in innovation and project management.
• The various elements of style and technical specificity as they relate to mar-com in engineering disciplines.
• Appreciation for the full lifecycle and process of developing different mar-com products.
• The different types of writing graphics and overall development that apply to different products.
• Have great presentation and speaking skills.

Compensation:

Range: $24.00 - $27.00

Your individual compensation within this range will depend on factors such as skills experience qualifications and addition to base pay our total rewards package may include performance-based incentives comprehensive benefits and other programs designed to support your well-being and growth.
