DevOps Engineer AEM

Were looking for a DevOps Engineer with hands-on AEM as a Cloud Service experience to support a digital commerce team at a leading financial institution. The ideal candidate brings strong CI/CD pipeline ownership infrastructure-as-code expertise and a solid understanding of deployment governance in a regulated environment.

What youll do

• Build maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Adobe Cloud Manager across development staging and production environments
• Automate build test and deployment workflows with version-controlled auditable infrastructure deployments aligned to enterprise security and change management standards
• Manage secrets certificates environment configuration content backups and restore procedures for AEM as a Cloud Service
• Collaborate with engineering SRE and security teams on release readiness go-live controls incident prevention and operational monitoring
• Define and promote DevOps best practices developer tooling standards and continuous delivery improvements
• Support environment provisioning capacity management scaling strategies and platform uptime obligations
• Ensure all pipeline activities comply with internal security policies governing regulations and audit requirements

What you bring

• 5 years in DevOps or platform engineering with hands-on experience in CI/CD tools Git-based branching and scripting in Bash Python or similar
• Hands-on experience operating AEM as a Cloud Service via Adobe Cloud Manager
• Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Ansible and containerized workload management
• Strong understanding of cloud environments across GCP AWS or Azure
• Familiarity with Adobe Cloud Manager pipeline structure environment types and Adobe-specific deployment constraints
• Experience with monitoring and observability tooling for cloud-hosted web platforms
• Clear understanding of deployment governance and auditable release processes in regulated environments

Nice to have

• Experience supporting digital commerce platforms in a financial services environment
• Familiarity with Adobe Marketing technology components beyond AEM
• Exposure to SRE practices and platform reliability engineering

Work setup

• Hybrid in Toronto ON - 3 days onsite per week
• 6 to 12 month contract
• English proficiency required
