POSITION SUMMARY:

To depositdoughinto feed hoppers whereproductis made.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Set-upappropriate diein the depositor &operateinsafeand efficient manner.

• Makes adjustments todepositormachine.

• Cutssections from mother dough anddepositsinto feed hopper.

• Rollsempty dough table to mixer to receive new batch of dough.

• Reads shopreport follows procedures and documents information for production records.

• Tends depositor machine at all times.

• Report any food safety or quality problems to personnel with authority toinitiateaction.

• Follows J&JSnack FoodsFood Safety Plan (FSP) the Safe Quality Food (SQF) Program the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)and the Good Documentation Practices (GDPs).

• Followsall OSHA safety rules and all food safety laws and regulations.

• Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

1.Educationand training:PreferHighSchool diploma or GED.

2.Job-related experience:Preferminimum6monthsexperience working in food processing or manufacturing environment.

3.Technical knowledge and skills:

• Must be able to speak read & write basic English.

• Must be able to do basic arithmetic.

• Must be able tolift upto 50lbs
