Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Representative to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our data.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter patient and test information into the laboratory information system
Verify accuracy of data and make necessary corrections
Maintain confidentiality of patient information
Communicate with healthcare professionals to obtain missing or incomplete information
Assist with data entry for research projects and quality control purposes
Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy and completeness
Collaborate with other team members to improve data entry processes and procedures
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in data entry or a related field
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent typing and data entry skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software
Familiarity with medical terminology is an asset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Contract Details:
This is a full-time permanent position based in Ontario Canada. The working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package as well as opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
