Job Description
- Must have hands-on IFRS17 experience with strong Data Analysis and Insurance domain knowledge.
- Good to have exposure to Dataiku.
- Strong expertise in Data Analysis SQL Python and PySpark.
- Develop and maintain backend systems using Python and PySpark ensuring high performance scalability and reliability.
- Design and implement Data Engineering and ETL pipelines using PySpark.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
- Mentor and guide engineers through technical leadership code reviews and best practices.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and frameworks to improve systems and processes.
- Lead technical direction including architecture design and implementation of software solutions.
- Work closely with Product Owners to define and prioritize business and technical requirements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation including architecture diagrams and technical specifications.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure coding standards and high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with DevOps and Operations teams for smooth deployment and application support.
- Strong expertise in DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving project needs.
- Proven experience leading technical teams with mentoring and coaching responsibilities.
- Strong technical decision-making task prioritization and resource management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
