Top must have skills:
8 years of experience supporting enterprise Human Resource Management
Systems (HRMS) Human Capital Management (HCM) ERP Human Resources or
comparable cloud HR platforms.
3 to 5 years of Dynamics 365 Human Resources (ElevateHR or comparable HR
application experience could be considered) including functional support
configuration implementation enhancement or sustainment activities.
Experience in a post-implementation sustainment environment including level-two
functional support
Nice-to-haves:
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Human Resources Finance and Operations Power
Platform or related Microsoft certification is preferred.
Human Resources professional designation such as Chartered Professionals in
Human Resources (CPHR) or equivalent is considered an asset.
Equivalent combination of education HR business process experience HR system
experience D365 application experience and ERP sustainment experience will be
considered.
