Job Summary

****Temporary position until the end of September****

Are you passionate about customer service and eager to play a key role in the employee experience Do you enjoy solving problems providing solutions and working in a collaborative environment This position is for you!

You will be the first point of contact for GPC Canada employees answering their questions and supporting them on a variety of human resources-related topics. You will help create an exceptional employee experience by building strong relationships and providing fast accurate and friendly service.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Respond to employee inquiries via phone or by our ticketing system ServiceNow providing fast courteous and efficient service;
  • Serve as the first point of contact for all HR inquiries determine the necessary actions to resolve them and escalate complex situations to Level 2 technicians;
  • Provide clear and accurate information about HR policies procedures and processes;

Qualifications :

To join our team you need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service (preferably in a call center).
  • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple systems emails and phone calls.
  • Bilingual in French and English both spoken and written as you will need to collaborate with colleagues and clients across Canada.
