YOUR IMPACT STARTS HERE

Were looking for a Customer Care Representative to join our team in Brampton ON. In this role you will support customers through phone and email communication order entry stock checks pricing requests and general inquiries. You will also work closely with our outside sales team supply chain partners and distribution teams to help deliver a strong customer experience.

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment enjoys helping customers and brings strong attention to detail organization and communication skills.

WHAT YOULL BUILD & OWN

• Process customer orders using web-based systems and BPCS/AS400.
• Respond to internal and external customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Expedite and source products to help meet customer requirements.
• Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support customer needs.
• Support outside sales supply chain and distribution partners as needed.

WHAT YOU BRING

• 3 to 5 years of experience in customer relations.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong ability to meet deadlines prioritize and multitask.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong customer relationships.
• A high degree of emotional intelligence and business integrity.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong decision-making problem-solving and creative thinking skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
• University degree or college diploma preferred.

• Familiarity with AS400/BPCS or similar order entry systems.

COMPENSATION

The base salary range for this position is $55000 to $65000 annually based on experience.
