- Bachelors degree in Civil Mechanical Chemical or related Engineering discipline
- Registered or eligible for registration as a Professional Engineer (.) with Engineers and Geoscientists BC (EGBC)
- Minimum of five years of experience managing engineering or capital projects through design construction and commissioning phases
- Experience managing earthworks civil construction industrial buildings or mining-related infrastructure projects is preferred
- Experience in mining heavy industrial or resource-sector environments is considered a strong asset
- Working knowledge of project management principles including scope development scheduling budgeting cost control contractor management and risk management
- Strong communication leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel Word and PowerPoint
- Valid Class 5 Drivers License or equivalent required
- Degree or diploma in engineering environmental science or other related subject area
- Minimum three years demonstrated ability in the field of environmental compliance or monitoring in an industrial environment
- Previous experience in the field of environmental compliance or monitoring in an industrial environment
- Proficient in environmental data management analysis reporting and environmental databases particularlyEQuISand MicrosoftOffice Suite
- Knowledge of relevant environmental and waste legislation standards and effective industry practices
- Valid Class 5 Drivers License or equivalent
