Were recruiting a Controller on behalf of an established manufacturing client in Windsor ON. This is an active confirmed vacancy for an immediate hire.

About the role

Youll own the finance function day to day. Reporting analysis and the systems that produce both. This is a hands-on seat rather than an oversight one suited to someone who has already carried a controllership and wants to keep their hands in the numbers while leading a team.

What were looking for

• Prior experience as a Controller Assistant Controller or Finance Manager. Youve done this work not just supported it
• Strong financial analysis capability
• Solid working experience with ERP systems and genuine comfort in a systems-heavy environment
• Demonstrated leadership experience
• CPA designation preferred
• Background in manufacturing industrial automotive or tool & mold environments is an asset

• Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:30 AM 5:00 PM
• On-site with occasional flexibility to work remotely
• Compensation: $120000 $140000 base plus annual bonus
