WHAT YOULL DO:
Control Systems Engineer III you will lead the design development and optimization of control systems for Direct Liquid Cooling (DLC) products. This senior-level position involves overseeing complex projects mentoring junior engineers and ensuring the integration of control systems with mechanical and software components.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead Control System Design: Spearhead the design and development of advanced control systems for DLC products ensuring alignment with project specifications and industry standards.
- Project Management: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously managing timelines resources and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.
- System Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate control systems with mechanical and software components ensuring seamless operation.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.
- Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all control system designs and implementations are thoroughly documented andcomply withrelevant industry standards and regulations.
- Continuous Improvement:Identifyopportunities for system optimization and implement improvements to enhance performance and reliability.
WHO YOU ARE:
Basic Qualifications
- Education:Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in control systems engineering with a focus on system design integration and optimization.
- Technical Skills:Proficiencyin designing and interpreting electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- PLC Expertise: Extensive experience with PLC hardware and software from leading manufacturers (e.g. Siemens Allen-BradleyUnitronics).
- Programming Languages:Proficiencyin programming languages commonly used in PLC systems (e.g. Ladder Logic Structured Text).
- System Integration: Experience in integrating control systems with mechanical and software components.
- Professional Certification: Professional Engineer () designation or similar professional credentials.
- Advanced Tools:Proficiencyin developing P&IDs using AutoCAD Revit.
- Safety Standards: Knowledge of safety standards and regulations relevant to industrial automation.
- Design Tools: Experience with Altium for developing electrical schematics.
- Documentation Tools: Familiarity with AutoCAD Revit for developing P&IDs.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team of engineers.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex engineering challenges.
- Communication: Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Project Management: Strong organizational and time-management skills to oversee multiple projects concurrently.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and technological advancements.
