Job Summary
Great Northern Insulation is currently recruiting full-time General Construction Labourers for ourEtobicoke ONlocation! This position focuses on work within our commercial and industrial :Drywall taping roofing landscaping construction or insulation experience an assetAbility to work in different environmental conditions (indoors/outdoors hot/cold)Ability to work province wide if needed is an assetG Drivers license with a clear drivers abstractMust be comfortable working at heights and tight spacesWorking at Heights certificate is an assetProven ability to work effectively as a teamProven time management problem-solving and organizational skillsExcellent customer service skillsAbility to work OT and weekends when neededBasic reading writing math and computer skillsStandard Job Duties:Help with the insulation of walls and other areas using the appropriate materialsDuties also include accurate and on-time completion of paperwork loading/unloading materials and equipment job site clean-up and various maintenance tasks as neededAbility to work Monday to Friday (occasional weekends) start time as early as 6 am with flexible end timesWork Environment:Installers work in pairs on a variety of jobsitesWork both indoors and outdoorsWorking at heightsStanding bending lifting and ladder useWearing PPE such as safety boots safety glasses gloves masks/respirators and overallsUse of common handheld power toolsBenefits of working at GNI:Competitive wages with opportunity to progressOpportunities for advancement and cross-trainingPaid training and developmentHealth and Dental BenefitsGroup RRSP ProgramCorporate discounted gym membership & phone plansMany bonus programs - referral customer allowance
