What Were Looking For:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Development of turning prototyped computer vision algorithms and deep learning algorithms into high quality product ready code
Learns to design and provide strategies for optimizing computer vision algorithms for different embedded system and mobile devices
Participate and provide input in project code reviews
Receive detailed instructions to routine work new projects or assignments
Design and/or review architected modules and software systems supporting new technology or improving capability/performance of existing functionality
Take responsibility for communicating with different engineers (embedded systems backend server computer vision) to continuously improve and optimize implemented algorithms
Create automated software tests and provide support to trouble shoot software issues when needed
Documentation of software architecture

Job Requirements
Bachelor in Computer Engineering/Computer Science (preferably with specialization in computer vision and machine learning);
Preferred work experience (years): 0-2 years
Basic understanding of computer vision; key areas of interest include at least 1 of the following: object detection tracking and recognition multiple view geometry OCR anomaly detection camera calibrations 3D data processing segmentation image recognition
Optimization experience on embedded GPU or AI accelerator platforms: Nvidia ARM.
Parallelized & vectorized computation.
Optional: Solid GPU programming experience using CUDA or Open CL
Good Modern C Python programming skills.

Le/la développeur ou la développeuse de logiciels en vision par ordinateur I travaillera sur des projets de vision par ordinateur transformant les algorithmes fondamentaux de Zebra de létat de prototype à du code de haute qualité prêt pour la production. Cette personne concevra et mettra en œuvre des stratégies pour optimiser les algorithmes de vision par ordinateur pour diverses architectures matérielles (par exemple x86 GPU processeur ARM multi-cœur accélérateur dIA) en fonction des contraintes de performance de consommation dénergie et de taille. Le travail sera évalué à son achèvement pour garantir que les objectifs ont été atteints.

Tâches et responsabilités essentielles :

Transformer des algorithmes de vision par ordinateur et dapprentissage profond au stade de prototype en code de haute qualité prêt pour la production.

Apprendre à concevoir et à proposer des stratégies pour loptimisation dalgorithmes de vision par ordinateur pour différents systèmes embarqués et appareils mobiles.

Participer aux révisions de code des projets et y apporter sa contribution.

Recevoir des instructions détaillées pour le travail courant les nouveaux projets ou les nouvelles affectations.

Concevoir et/ou réviser des modules et des systèmes logiciels qui soutiennent les nouvelles technologies ou qui améliorent la capacité et la performance des fonctionnalités existantes.

Assurer la communication avec les différents ingénieurs (systèmes embarqués serveur dorsal vision par ordinateur) afin daméliorer et doptimiser continuellement les algorithmes mis en œuvre.

Créer des tests logiciels automatisés et fournir un soutien pour la résolution des problèmes logiciels au besoin.

Documenter larchitecture logicielle.

Exigences du poste :

Baccalauréat en génie informatique ou en informatique (de préférence avec une spécialisation en vision par ordinateur et en apprentissage automatique).

Expérience de travail souhaitée : 0 à 2 ans.

Compréhension de base de la vision par ordinateur ; les domaines dintérêt clés comprennent au moins lun des suivants : détection suivi et reconnaissance dobjets géométrie multi-vues ROC (reconnaissance optique de caractères) détection danomalies étalonnage de caméras traitement de données 3D segmentation reconnaissance dimages.

Expérience en optimisation sur des plateformes de GPU embarqués ou daccélérateurs dIA : Nvidia ARM.

Calcul parallélisé et vectorisé.

Facultatif : Solide expérience en programmation GPU avec CUDA ou OpenCL.

Bonnes compétences en programmation C moderne et Python.
