Neighbourly Pharmacyis looking for aFull-Time Compounding Central Fill Supervisor to join our team at Lovell Drugs - KOPI Compounding Center in Kingston listed is a starting point only and will be determined based on candidate SummaryThe Compounding Central Fill Supervisor is a Registered Pharmacy Technician responsible for overseeing all Central Fill activities to ensure compliance with standards company policies and applicable legislation as well as support workflow billing and shipping. This role provides day-to-day workflow management Leadership to central fill staff and delivers business objectives. The supervisor partners with the pharmacy manager to deliver exceptional service and quality and enforce all compounding SOPs and quality procedures ensuring compliance with OCP NAPRA and USP standardsOversee daily sterile and non-sterile compounding operations for Central FillVerify accuracy labeling and beyond-use dating of compounded productsKeep the compounding room(s) equipment and inventory clean and organizedEnsure proper handling storage and documentation of all ingredients and hazardous drugsTrain coach and supervise compounding technicians and assistantsEnsure staff are qualified competency-assessed and compliant with proceduresManage workflow to meet production demandsManage relationships with central fill customers (pharmacies) Maintain pricing shipping and order management procedures for the Central Fill businessOther duties as assigned by the Pharmacy Manager/District DirectorQualificationsRequiredRegistered Pharmacy Technician in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP)Minimum 35 years of pharmacy compounding experienceDemonstrated experience with sterile and/or non-sterile compounding standardsStrong knowledge of NAPRA USP and OCP regulatory frameworksPreferredCompounding certification (e.g. PCCA NPTA or equivalent)Previous supervisory or lead-hand experienceExperience in a high-volume or specialized compounding environmentExperience working in a Business-to-Business environmentSkillsStrong attention to detail and documentation accuracyLeadership and team-management capabilityRisk management and regulatory compliance expertiseAbility to work under pressure and meet production deadlinesExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsWho We Are:Neighbourly Pharmacy is Canadas largest and fastest growing network of community pharmacies.
