As a strategic partner to the Store and District Manager youll help lead store operations inspire teams and drive results.

WhatYoullBe Working On

• Partnering with the Store & District Manager to co-lead daily operations sales performance team development and guest experience.

• Sharing accountability forstore results including sales targets productivity and loss prevention.

• Leading by example on the sales floor by delivering exceptionalguestservice and product knowledge.

• Takingownership of assigned operational areas such as scheduling merchandising execution training or inventorymanagement.

• Providingleadership support to an additional storeas needed acting as a consistent leadership presence and operational partner.

• Leadingrecruiting onboarding and coaching initiatives within your assigned scope.

• Coaching and mentoring team members to achieve individual and store-wide goals.

• Fostering a positive inclusive and high performing work environment.

• Supporting performance conversations and development planning in partnership with the District Manager.

The Physical Side of the Role

• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours.

• Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to shift push reach stretch twist bend pull or maneuver weight over 50 lbs. to fold stock and build or display addition you maybe requiredto change beds including moving a mattress to put on a bed skirt.
• Comfortable climbingladders formerchandising and stock.

What Will Set You Up for Success

• 2-5years of retail experience; minimum 3 years in a supervisory capacity.

• A passionandpreviousexperience inhome décorfashion retail and creating memorableguestexperiences.

• Demonstrated success in driving sales and buildingguestloyalty.

• Ability to lead teams to exceed all sales and profit goals.

• Strong communicationand interpersonal skills with a collaborative leadership style.

• Experience with POS systems visual merchandising inventory management and scheduling.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.

• A hands-on approach to leadershipyourenot afraid to jump in and work alongside your team.

• A solution focused mindset with the ability to see obstacles as opportunities.
