CNC Programmer
Etobicoke
$30-$33/hr
We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer with strong machining skills to join a growing precision manufacturing team in Etobicoke. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who can independently program and operate CNC equipment to produce high-quality tight-tolerance components.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
- Adjust CNC machines and production tooling as required
- Program 5-axis CNC machines (Mastercam preferred)
- Machine and assemble parts to tight tolerances
- Set up and operate 5-axis CNC lathes and milling machines
- 2D and 3D design
- Maintain and calibrate precision measuring instruments
- Inspect finished parts and report any deviations from specifications
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on CNC programming experience
- Strong understanding of machine setup and machining principles
- CNC machining experience
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Experience using precision measuring tools (micrometers calipers etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Open to programming from design and machining
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
